Meet Kaylee Rabaja
Hi, I’m Kaylee! I’m a registered nurse (RN), international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), and the face behind this practice. I’m so glad you’re here.
I started this journey because I saw a major gap in breastfeeding and pumping education, especially online. So many families don’t have access to the support they need, and often don’t even know what kind of help is possible. I wanted to change that.
Now, through my virtual private practice, I support families across the U.S. with 1:1 lactation care by helping them feel confident, informed, and more comfortable in their feeding journey. Whether you’re exclusively pumping, combo feeding, just starting out, or figuring things out for the second (or third!) time, I’m here for you! There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, but I’ll help you navigate the options and create a plan that feels good and is realistic.
As a nurse and a lactation consultant, I care for both the baby and the parent. I truly believe and WANT the feeding relationship to be joyful and comfortable. This can be achieved when families are supported the right way
I smile a lot. I care a lot. I want my clients and followers to feel like they know me. If you leave my page or a consult feeling a little more confident, a little more seen, and a little less alone, then I’ve done my job.
Thanks for being here!
Meet Shanelle Franklin
Hi, I’m Shanelle! It’s nice to meet you! I would absolutely love to support you on your breastfeeding journey, however that may look.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting breastfeeding families for several years in both hospital and outpatient settings as a registered nurse (RN) and an international board-certified bactation consultant (IBCLC). My work focuses on helping families navigate breastfeeding and pumping challenges, while also offering support around prenatal education, sleep, returning to work, starting solids, and weaning.
I know firsthand how overwhelming parenting can be. There’s so much information out there, and it’s easy to feel unsure where or how to start. Whether you’re feeding for the first time, moving through a new phase, or wanting to shift your goals, you are not alone.
I’m here to offer you a nonjudgmental space with evidence-based support. I meet families exactly where they are, drawing from both my professional expertise and personal experience as a mother. I believe in the power of encouragement and positivity. I’ve seen how that approach brings confidence and makes a meaningful difference during some of the most vulnerable stages of parenting.
Fun fact: I’ve worked with Kaylee in different environments for the past two years!
Meet Kimmi Thompson
Hi, I’m Kimmi! I was born and raised in West Texas and met my husband in Lubbock while I was in college. Nearly 10 years of marriage later, we now have three sweet little ones and I’ve been blessed to breastfeed each of them.
I’ve been a registered nurse (RN) since 2017 and became an international board certified lactation vonsultant (IBCLC) in 2022. My nursing career began on the postpartum unit, where I quickly found my passion in supporting moms through breastfeeding. Since then, I’ve focused my career on lactation and have had the privilege of helping families both in the hospital and through virtual consults.
Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, hanging out with my family outdoors, and trying to grow a garden (don’t ask how it’s going ).
Supporting families through their breastfeeding journeys is truly a dream come true. I’d love to work with you!
Fun fact: I’m currently nursing our youngest!
You deserve the very best care.
