We offer virtual lactation care to families all over the world. Whether you're pregnant and wanting to get set up for success, looking for more information, struggling with latch, pump output, flange fit, supply concerns, or bottle feeding, we’ll help you troubleshoot and create a plan that works. We want to answer all of your questions.

All consultations are done online with a HIPAA-compliant video meetings, so you can be in the comfort of your own home. No need to worry about packing a diaper bag or timing things around naps!

  • We provide virtual lactation consultations all over the world. 

  • All consultations are done online with a HIPAA-compliant video meeting, so you can be in the comfort of your own home. No need to worry about packing a diaper bag or timing things around naps! 

  • We’ll ask questions (A LOT), talk about your goals, observe a feeding or pumping session if needed, and come up with a plan together. We prioritize coming up with a plan that is REALISTIC and maintainable for you. You’ll have to be honest with us to make this work. We don’t want to set you up for failure. We’ll maintain care with you and follow you on your breastfeeding journey. 

  • Here are just a few things we support families with:

    • Prenatal education

    • Collecting colostrum

    • Painful latch (NO amount of pain is normal)

    • Nipple damage

    • Clogged ducts (ductal narrowing) and mastitis

    • Low milk supply or oversupply

    • Introducing a pump and pumping schedules

    • Flange fitting

    • Bottle feeding and paced feeding

    • Combo feeding 

    • Reflux/symptoms of colic (these are commonly related to feeding issues)

    • Returning to work

    • Weaning support

    • Introducing solids

    • And more!

  • Yes! We accept many major insurance plans.

  • Yes! Initial consultations are $150 and follow-ups are $125. We also accept payment through HSA/FSA. We send superbills after each cash pay visit for you to submit a claim with your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

  • Lactation care is considered preventive healthcare, which means you have access to support without a referral. The only exception is the Veterans Affairs (VA) insurance. If you're receiving benefits through the VA, a referral is required.

  • There is no wrong answer here but probably sooner than you think! We’re all about working proactively. Lactation support isn’t just for when things go wrong. Just like you'd schedule multiple visits with your OB, ongoing care from a lactation consultant can help things stay on track and prevent problems in the future.
